Welcome to Instantour. This Legal & Privacy notice explains how Instantour collects, uses, protects, and handles information when you use the Instantour website, mobile applications, and related services. It also describes the terms that apply when you use Instantour.
By using Instantour, you agree to the terms described on this page. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
When you create or use an Instantour account, we may receive information such as:
Instantour may allow you to sign in using third-party account providers, such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, or Facebook.

Certain Instantour features may use your device camera to detect movement, exercise activity, or changes in the direction you are looking. For example, Instantour may use this information to allow you to look left, right, up, or down while experiencing a virtual tour.

These features are used for movement and interaction with the application, not for identifying who you are.
Instantour may process movement-related information generated by your device in order to estimate activity such as walking, running, cycling, or other movement while using the service.
This information is used to provide interactive features, such as adjusting the speed or behavior of a virtual tour.
Instantour is not a medical device, and movement or exercise measurements provided by Instantour should not be treated as medical measurements.
When you use Instantour, we may store information necessary to provide features such as:
Some tours created by users may be available to other Instantour users depending on how the tour is published or made available through the service.
Instantour uses mapping and Street View services to provide virtual travel and exercise experiences.
These services may be provided by third parties such as Google. When map or Street View content is loaded, those providers may receive technical information associated with the request according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Instantour does not control the privacy practices of third-party map providers.
Instantour may use analytics and diagnostic services, such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Application Insights, to understand how the service performs and to identify technical problems.

Instantour does not currently use third-party advertising SDKs to serve behavioral advertisements inside the Instantour service.

When signed in, select your user name in the Instantour navigation menu and choose Delete Account.
You will be shown information about the deletion and asked to confirm before your account is permanently deleted.
Account deletion may permanently remove information associated with your account, including:
Deleting an account is permanent and cannot be undone.
When a tour you created is deleted, information held by Instantour that refers to that tour, such as favorites or history records associated with the deleted tour, may also be removed.
Certain limited information may be retained where required or permitted for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate operational purposes.
Information contained in system backups may remain temporarily until those backups are removed through our normal backup-retention process.

Instantour retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, protect the service, and resolve disputes.
When an account is deleted, information associated with that account is deleted or de-identified as described above, except where retention is required or permitted for legal, security, backup, or other legitimate operational purposes.
Instantour uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No internet service or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other information about how your data is handled.
You may delete your Instantour account using the Delete Account feature. For other privacy questions or requests, contact support@instantour.com.
Instantour is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

Instantour may be accessed from different countries and regions. Information may be processed or stored in countries different from the country in which you live.
By using Instantour, you understand that applicable privacy and data protection laws may differ between jurisdictions.
Instantour provides virtual travel, exploration, fitness, and interactive experiences using maps, Street View imagery, movement detection, and related technologies.
You may use Instantour only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through your account.
You agree not to misuse another person's account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Instantour systems or services.
Instantour may allow users to create tours and provide information, descriptions, images, links, or other content.
You are responsible for content that you submit or publish through Instantour.
You should not upload, publish, or distribute content that:
Instantour may remove or restrict content when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or maintain the service.
Some Instantour features are designed to be used while walking on a treadmill, using a stationary bicycle, or performing other physical activity.
You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you and for using exercise equipment safely.
Stop using the service if you experience dizziness, discomfort, disorientation, loss of balance, pain, or other symptoms that make continued use unsafe.
Instantour is provided for general recreation, fitness, travel, entertainment, and informational purposes.
Instantour does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not intended to replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Any speed, movement, exercise, breathing, activity, or other measurements generated by Instantour are estimates and may not be accurate.
Instantour relies on third-party mapping, imagery, location, authentication, and infrastructure services.
Map routes, Street View imagery, locations, road conditions, place information, distances, directions, and other third-party information may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or outdated.
Instantour does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, safety, or completeness of third-party map or location content.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
We work to keep Instantour available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued because of maintenance, technical limitations, third-party service changes, legal requirements, or product updates.
The Instantour name, software, website design, application design, technology, and original content provided by Instantour are owned by Instantour or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party maps, imagery, trademarks, logos, and other content remain the property of their respective owners.

Instantour makes no guarantee that the service will always be accurate, available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

You are responsible for using Instantour, your device, exercise equipment, maps, routes, and third-party information in a safe and appropriate manner.
Instantour may suspend or terminate access to the service when reasonably necessary because of misuse, security concerns, violation of these terms, legal requirements, or risks to users or the service.
Instantour may update this Legal & Privacy notice from time to time as the service, technology, legal requirements, or business practices change.
When this page is updated, the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised.
Continued use of Instantour after an update means that the revised terms apply to your continued use of the service, subject to applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
